Dr. Moses has worked for over 18 years and trained extensively to build a practice that exceeds your  expectations of trusted, personalized dental care.  He consistently brings his patients only the best that modern dentistry has to offer, by keeping himself and his staff informed on the advances and available techniques.

Dr. Moses, a native of New Castle, Pennsylvania, received his undergraduate degree at Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, Pennsylvania.  After completing college, Dr. Moses earned his doctorate in dental medicine from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 1995.  Dr. Moses then went on to complete a General Practice Residency at the University of Pittsburgh Montefiore Hospital.

With a commitment to deliver the highest level of contemporary, comprehensive, and compassionate dental care, Dr. Moses established his own  practice in New Castle, Pennsylvania in 1998.  Dedicated to staying current and proficient with leading edge dentistry, Dr. Moses opened a brand new state-of-the-art facility at his current location, 3127 Wilmington Road New Castle, Pennsylvania, in 2010.

Dr. Moses is a member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry.  He participates regularly in continuing education classes and advanced dental training courses throughout the area.  He utilize the most advanced dental technology and techniques available.  Dr. Moses is dedicated to the special care of his patients.
